WE ARE BACK with FBR ALLSTARS AU

FBR ROM has been in hiding (finalising the mDOT): crafting, cataloguing, scheming and generally getting carried away.

We've invited over 250 roasters from all over Australia and we're cupping up to 100 coffee for one day only.

We've gathered some of our favourite roasters, coffee weirdos, industry legends and emerging talents to come together in one place. Expect everything from competition-level coffees and experimental processing - to everyday favourites that remind you why you fell in love with coffee in the first place.

Alongside the coffee, we'll be opening the FBR Archive; a temporary museum of FBR relics, forgotten artifacts, strange discoveries, and evidence of questionable decision-making throughout the years.

Cupping from 1000-1330. Music, Coffee, and Archive from 1100-1800

Our Friends Messina is graciously giving us their HQ to boogie at. Oatly is giving us enough oat milk and a sound-system to supply a small militia. Sleepy Bloc will be brewing coffees for everyone and is providing the space for the museum. Hario is giving us prizes for the highest rated roasters. There'll be a small oasis constructed by Oatly for those needing a moment of reflection between coffees, plus food by Shadow Baking, music and various happenings throughout the day.
